Primary care is integral to healthcare delivery and coordination, affecting appropriate utilization and triage to specialty care. The COVID pandemic has created new access to care challenges and exacerbated existing problems. The pandemic has highlighted the growing need for technology that supports the early detection of acute conditions. During this webinar, MHA will review examples of how health systems are using image-based technologies such as asynchronous telemedicine and diagnostics algorithm systems to increase access and close care gaps in dermatology and ophthalmology, and how these advances have been adapted during COVID-19 to be more patient-friendly.
