 I need to reprint a report |
 |
Occasionally you may need to reprint a report
that failed to print properly (for example, if the

Follow the steps below to reprint a
report.
1) With the handheld unit on the base,
press the “ON” and “2” buttons simultaneously. This will
bring up the “print manager” menu.
2) Choose
“Re-Print/Terminate Reports,” then choose “Re-print
recently printed reports.”
3) Select the ID
number for the report you want to print.*
4)
Select “quit.” Then select “return to main menu.” Then
select “return to survey.” The report should
print.
* In some cases the ID numbers may not
display correctly. If the ID numbers are not displayed,
simply choose the ID at the top of the list. This will
be the last test administered. |
